Book stores! we visited three during the trip.  This is the one on Bainbridge Island.
just a nice summer vacation.  perfectly timed in the middle of the summer. our days were warm, calm, and fun.

 yes, i made them stop for a picture after rollerskating and look towards the sun... feeling bad actually now that i'm looking at the pic. they all look quite uncomfortable.

 

 B's awesome simple healthy kale salad.  i tried recreating it already, but put on too much lemon. had to add more of everything else to tone it down.  but love!
