R out with me for a training trail run. I signed up for Ragnar trail run at Crystal Mountain and i'm so excited. and totally scared/intimidated.
lunchtime walks with colleagues. just a great day! it's all good. summer. had a nice long vacation. lots of family time. IUI over the weekend.
C taught me a trick that i love. Veg dishes on flatbread or a wrap. yes! a layer of guac helps it stick. always learning from him.
