We went out to Schmitz Park this morning and C took us right to a perfect spot. We called using the recording and two barred owls flew to the trees right by the speaker. we shined our flashlight on them while they called to each other for a long time.
we hiked over to another spot and could hear them calling to each other. We played our call and they came over to us and gave us another show. so so neat!!
