cake pop tutorial

Ms. E was so kind to come to our house and teach us her expert cakepop making technique.  She carries all her equipment in one container.


 mixing up the batter.

pour batter in a ziplock bag

cut the corner off the bag

feel the squishy batter

fill up the cakepop tins

fasten the top tin tightly

candy melts for frosting

double broiler to melt the melts. stir to mix.

remove from oven

dip stick in frosting and insert into cake.

let the frosting harden - put in cutting board tray that your dad has drilled little holes in

continue to decorate all pops

and now, Ms. E's making these extra special.  put each pop in plastic cover

cut ribbons

tie each cover closed

curl each ribbon

and now you have wonderful sweet little gifts.
