98 degrees Farenheit

I love dry hot.  perfect for splash parks and ice cream.  unfortunately causes fires- this day there was a big one at Timpanogas Cave - where we had been the day prior.

My sisters were so nice to hang out with us.

another awesome couple.

Road Trip!

Thank goodness for cousins in Boise.  They are such a great family!  and oh, the food they prepared... gourmet pizza, berry cobbler, and for breakfast: stuffed french toast. delish.  thank you for letting us stop in. We loved our visit.

Candace hooked us up with tickets for the Timpanogas Cave hike. it's only 1.5 miles each way, but 1000+ feet elevation gain (strenuous).  the cave itself is amazing.  it is so cool to walk around inside.  American Fork Canyon is beautiful.  Its one of Grandpa's favorite canyons.

We had a nice visit with Grandmother and Aunt Linda.  E is sitting in a rocking chair that Aunt Linda used as a little girl.

Duwamish shots

I really love riding to work early past the Duwamish.  I often see and hear trains.

Happy Father's Day

the pace slows down when E needs to push the stroller.

my new friend Evercita is teaching me how to make Filipino pancit. yum!

Lincoln Park walks

We've been taking long family walks at Lincoln Park. Jolene loves going with us in the car to the park and going for walks in the woods and along the water.

E's 2nd birthday

Once upon a time, when I used to have some time, I found some lovely mom blogs.  I check in on them now only occasionally, but was glad I did this time because one woman posted about discovering a photo site, I'll copy here:
I found PicMonkey. It is unbelievably easy to do basic edits (cropping, resizing), to add text and to add several cool special effects. They have a new collage functionality that I love playing with.
I just spent a good part of the weekend formatting ninety some pages of a photo book, so I'm interested in anything to help make that easier and better for next time. thank you to http://onehotstove.blogspot.com/ for pointing me in this direction :)
!tickled pink, just discovered you can drag the borders to change the shapes!
I can't believe I took 40+ photos of his bday, it was just to share that time with you.
I still think every day with him is more fun than the previous ones.

 E loved the rocking "motor(cycle)"
We visited with our friends Courtney and Eleanora.
