we never stop. for real. there is a reason my desk is a disaster area.

More raspberries!

Maybe our last visit to H. Hill.  folks are moving on, change in the air.  didn't get to really walk around all the grounds (so beautiful!) due to taking the time instead to get to know more relatives.

ride home with friends on the water taxi

J had a long ride home still to go when the others of us left in cars.

she has been such a motivator for me to get out and ride in seattle.  though I still have a lot to learn about proper city riding.

R chose to forgo the cap & gown.  instead we went on an 18 mile family ride (and brunch).

then dinner at a friends. yes, the firemen stopped by :)  our hosts' son had allergic reaction earlier in the day, called 911, (it all got to be ok, but was a bit stressful) so they came back to give him a sticker.

we all sang a surprise song in Spanish for Gma and Gpa for their going-away.

farewell for now.

one of those moments where you realize you are on a road trip! and that you live in beautiful land!

Mt. Stuart in the distance.  it is not easy to capture the beauty my eyes see.

ending a full day

A drive with Grandpa.  He shows us a very interesting tombstone.  "Brooks Participant in the martyrdom of the Prophet Joseph Smith."  How did that guy's body end up in small town UT?
