e and i enjoyed a nice morning walk
another local favorite diner
e was a good sport. in and out. drive all around. he vegged out with some Dora at the end.
Campbell was cute and close!
gas is more expensive, but really unbelievable are the house prices. yikes.
ended up in San Fran. concrete, urban, dense, steep streets!
small lawns, all the houses touch each other.
and a bit of fog
back home to think over our life's next chapter.
we gave thumbs up to towns with farmer's markets.
thumbs down to towns full of strip malls.
so cool to see lemons growing on trees and falling on the ground.
nice vine covered trellises in downtown Livermore
a Napa feel, but such a drive.
why is everything so far apart? why are we still driving to get to the next town? do we really want an hour commute just to get to work?
more playground time.
checking out Morgan's Hill
and late dinner in Santa Cruz.
the 5 minute dancing show made it on two weeks so far for E's weekend report :)
even later (past bedtime) ice cream.
R can make pasta so good! he just opens some cans of tomatoes and fries some sausage, puts in some onion and spinach and garlic and whatever else, and its amazing. he has a real talent for just "throwing it all together."
e wrote our luggage tags
a trip with Daddy involves good food of course.
started in Palo Alto. R utilized technology well with 1)GPS to get us to each town, 2) find the local favorites main drag, then 3) check out available real estate.
brunch at a fun diner.
Daddy made sure E got several playground stops
my padre taught me to appreciate beautiful trees.
here E is giving R a push.
here we found these huge Jade just growing in someone's front yard.
we planted some pea seeds. the weather has been warm and sunny. nice to get outside for some yardwork.
also getting outside for some family walks to the park.
e's favorite day ever. two birthday parties back to back. this is K.

Spidey, a gift from our florist friend A. Father and son both have enjoyed this one.
Valentines day cards from Nana made the day special when we delivered to friends.
cold, but sunny, so we got out for a walk on Alki. R got out the kite for fun.
our new favorite stinky Greek salad. yum.
several nice weekends in a row now. mowed the lawn twice. R hooked up the 3rd wheel so that E can ride behind and pedal! so fun :)
E and i took a trip to the family fun center to pick up a donation for the silent auction.
oh boy.
yea sun! so we got out for a walk at Lincoln Park with friend P.
want to document E's favorite camouflage jacket that he's been wearing every day and also Joleen, his stuffy. she goes everywhere with us.
